Ladder Lockout

Gardus® Ladder lockout system is designed to enhance workplace safety by deterring unauthorised personnel from using a ladder. Ladders can be dangerous pieces of equipment if they are faulty or suitable training isn’t carried out by the operative.

The ladder lockout is a cover with a fully customisable faceplate. Designed for use in extreme marine environments – this material is strong but also flexible, making it lightweight to carry and easy to store.

Covering multiple rungs of the ladder, the lockout is hooked onto a ladder rung and secured to another rung at the bottom with a cable lockout device which can be used with or without a padlock to suit existing LOTO procedures on site.

This full covering system makes it very difficult to use the ladder - It sends out a clear message that the ladder is not intended for use, making your workplace a safer environment.
