Gate Valve Lockout

Gardus® Gate Valve Lockouts are a simple and effective way of completely encasing your valve wheel to prevent operation. This ensures that the wheel cannot be tampered with during maintenance and other works downstream.

The Gate Valve Lockout is a durable rigid covering which can be locked with safety Padlocks, and rotates freely once in position around the wheel, preventing any other workers from opening or closing the valve while locked out. Holes can be punched to allow the valve stem to fit through if this is required.

They are stocked in multiple sizes to cover wheel diameters from 25mm to 355mm, and available in Red, Green, Yellow and Blue, in each of these sizes. The Gate Valve Lockouts can be locked out with safety padlocks and if further locks are required to be applied, can be used in conjunction with a Lockout hasp.
