Flange Management Board

The Flange Management ORGBORD® is a quick and visual way to check the flange processes are complete before startup.

This board makes the flange management process fail-safe and eliminates chances of missing any stages of a flange break.

When flanges leak, the effect can be disastrous as production comes to a halt. The flange management ORGBORD can help you achieve a 100% leak free startup by giving you efficient control of the whole procedure.

As each stage of the flange process is completed and the tag section is returned, it is placed in the allocated space on the flange management ORGBORD. As further sections are returned and added to the board, a live dashboard is created showing the progress of each flange assembly.

A storage point is provides a safe area for the used Tag tear-off sections to be placed. Choose from either a flange management binder to keep the sections organised or a “postbox" to keep all the records in one place.

Clear step-by-step instructions are included on the board to make it simple to use.

Flange Tag holders and pen holders are also be included on the ORGBORD to ensure that it can provide for the whole project.

The flange management board can be wall mounted, but it is also available as a portable ORGBORD, with wheels for easy transport across site.
